The room was spacious and had modern decor. The hotel's surroundings were nice and quiet, perfect for relaxation. The garden was well-maintained, and we enjoyed spending time outdoors.
The breakfast was not up to our expectations, the variety and quality could have been better. The staff also struggled with English, which made it difficult to communicate at times. Additionally, there was a loud private party one night that went on until late and disturbed our sleep. we were disappointed with our experience at this hotel.

The hotel exceeded my expectations with its spacious and clean room, comfy bed, and nice bathroom. The staff was polite and willing to help with any request, and the location was perfect – quiet yet close to the main street. The pool was clean, and the breakfast was tasty with different Bulgarian pastries every day. Moreover, they surprised me with afternoon snacks of fruits and sweets.

Really enjoyed the hotel's location! It was near the main street, yet very quiet. The staff was polite and always eager to help. We loved the breakfast - it was really tasty, with lots of choices to suit every palette. The hotel spa center was small but clean, well-equipped and everything seemed very new.
The staff didn't speak much English which made communication a bit difficult, but they made up for it with their welcoming attitude. One night there was a private party right under our window and the music was really loud, making it hard to sleep.

The hotel has a perfect location, situated in a calm and green area, yet only a short walk from the main street. It boasts impeccable cleanliness, with the staff regularly cleaning the spa center and rooms. the rooms are spacious and stylish, with extremely comfortable beds, and the bathrooms are immaculate. the breakfast is delicious, with specific Bulgarian pastries changed every day, and the staff is very polite and friendly, making for a great stay.
The Wi-Fi connection was not as strong, and only accessible on phones, not laptops.
